Reservation to be made at least 3 weeks before check-in date. If reservation made <2weeks before check-in, full payment is needed upfront (Since no refund for cancellation within 2 weeks)

Full payment required once reservation approved & accepted by SIVC. Reservation confirmation slip will be issued.

No refund if cancellation done within 2 weeks before check-in date
